Have you ever wondered how to make cauliflower rice?
I’ve been doing cauliflower rice a lot lately!
My children eat it with no problem, and that’s a major advance. I just said: Mami made the special rice…and presto! They eat it without complaint. I do not want to sound like a mom who is always fooling her own children, but hey, I do whatever as long as they eat more vegetables.
Have you ever wondered how to make cauliflower rice? It’s extremely easy to do.
Here I tell you how to make it … so let’s do it step by step:
Once you have the cauliflower rice ready you can prepare it as you want. Combine it with different kinds of vegetables, just as you do with regular rice, or simply enjoy it plain. You can also make cauliflower pizza crust.…mmmm!

Well that looks simple enough. I was wondering how people were making rice out of cauliflower. Looks like I need to buy a food processor.
